What to know before trying it

What can I use right now?
We’re improving the product with a small group of teams. New registrations are temporarily paused; tell us what you need and we’ll contact you when a suitable trial is available.
Which languages are supported?
Only Chinese-to-Indonesian localization is demonstrated. Other source and target languages are not open yet. English, Chinese and Indonesian are interface languages.
What are the input limits?
Uploads accept landscape or portrait MP4 files, up to 200 MB each, preserving the source aspect ratio. Keep the page open during upload; saved originals can be previewed in the workspace.
How long does a series take?
No production turnaround or delivery commitment has been published yet. The 15 seconds describe the sample length, not processing time. Series estimates will depend on the queue and source material when production processing opens.
Does buying credits unlock processing?
No. Credit purchases depend on checkout availability, and a credited balance does not mean automatic processing is available. Source uploads and preview do not consume processing credits. Production processing and deductions are not open yet.
